Gym bunny

A bit dull, but it serves its purpose.

5 mins bike - warm up
10 mins stepper
10 mins rower (ow, forearms)
10 mins stepper
tricep pulldowns, 3 x 12 @ 10kg
bicep curls, 3 x 12 @ 10kg (bar)
abs, 50 straight & 25 each side
