OK, maybe 2 "proper" runs in 2 days after 3 weeks of near-inactivity was not so wise - no pain, just feeling slow and unfit. I called it a day at Newmarket Road and took a slow run back with Granville.
4.7 miles in 46 minutes (a couple of walks in there). Still, it's eased the stiffness out of my calves a bit. Fingers crossed for swimming tomorrow!
