Plan for the week

Somehow, writing it down makes me stick to it...

Monday - meal out (eve), so try to get a short run in during the day
Tuesday - club run
Wednesday - swim
Thursday - WYC meeting in the evening; try to get some lunchtime speedwork in
Friday - swim on campus early
Saturday - run on coast path
Sunday - run on coast path
