Winding down
Original schedule: rest
Revised schedule: bike 30 easy inc 3 x 3 @ race pace (or just bike 30 easy)
Actual: easy social run with Lizzie, about 45 minutes

just sounded more appealing! And I think I've done enough cycling this week :)
