Up to 1850m total workout today:
300m warm up
200m drills (stroke count - minimum 21; closed fists)
6 x 100m moderate, 5s rest (all between 2:04 and 2:09)
9 x 25m sprint (between 24 and 27 s)
1 x 25m slow (because I can't do odd numbers of lengths! and my float was at the other end...)
200m kick (zzzzzz)
300m cool down
Felt really good, especially the sprints. I'm really getting back into it.
