Gym progress

Squeezed in the usual session tonight and managed to up the distances:

10 mins rower, steady, resistance 5, 2412m
2 x 10 mins stepper, intervals, level 8, 235m and 225m

Felt fairly comfortable, the pace was hard but sustainable, and after some weights for biceps and triceps I was pretty knackered!
