Fed up of aimless swimming, I decided to repeat an old training session:
300m WU
200m drills (kick, pull, fists)
6 x 100m, 5s rest (all 1:57-1:59)
6 x 25m sprint, ~45s rest (done @1:10, all between 23-25s)
300m CD
Total 1550m
Pleasantly surprised to see my times still quite decent! Just need to keep it up now. Probably going running instead of lake swimming on Sat, so will aim to get another pool session in on Friday.
