Better, but not quicker?

A much better run than last Weds, with Lizzie and Jeanette at Conac. Doing Colney/Bluebell or Bowthorpe marshes AGAIN was vetoed, so we went via the park and the posh bit of Unthank, and back via the river. It felt like a good pace, but it was 4.3 miles in 43 minutes, so 10 min miles - certainly felt faster than that to me.
